My mission is to support emotional wellbeing through the gentle, creative practice of mindful art. By combining colour, chakra awareness, and art therapy principles, I help individuals slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves. Through small, supportive group sessions, I aim to nurture resilience, self‑expression, and a sense of calm for young people and adults navigating life’s pressures.
