Sabine - founder of Auraspectra

Get to Know Me

From early childhood, art and colour have been my language — a way to express, explore, and heal. I’ve always been drawn to the emotional power of colour and the way creativity can open doors to self‑discovery. My work is rooted in the belief that the creative process matters far more than the final outcome.

My background in colour therapy, chakra work, and art therapy allows me to support others in meaningful, holistic ways. Nature is a constant inspiration, especially the vibrant colours of my garden and the peaceful rhythm of time spent outdoors.

After years of balancing family life with a demanding career, I felt the impact on my own wellbeing. That turning point led me to reshape my path and create Auraspectra, a space where mindful art can offer calm, clarity, and emotional support. As a parent of two teenagers, I understand the pressures young people face — particularly around school and exam stress — and I’m passionate about helping them build healthy coping strategies.

Mindful art is a gentle, non‑verbal way to create mental space and reconnect with yourself. It encourages you to slow down, breathe, and explore colour and creativity without pressure or judgement. This process supports stress relief, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Creative activities stimulate the brain in powerful ways — enhancing memory, forming new neural pathways, improving motor skills, and easing physical tension. They also invite deeper self‑exploration, allowing thoughts and feelings to surface naturally.

In small group sessions, mindful art becomes a shared experience: a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can connect with others, express yourself freely, and discover new ways to manage stress.

What is included in the sessions?

In my session, all materials and equipment will be provided for you. Just remember to bring your apron or wear some old clothes. I look forward to seeing you there and having a great time together!

What to expect from a session?
 

My sessions will start with an engaging icebreaker to help everyone feel comfortable. After that, I will guide through a short mindfulness meditation to center ourselves. Finally, we’ll dive into our mindful art session, where creativity and mindfulness will come together beautifully. Let's embark on this together!
