Refund Policy

Participant cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be eligible for a refund or transfer to another date.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non‑refundable.

Facilitator cancellations:

• In the rare event that the facilitator must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
